The Eleventh Air Law Conference will be held in Baku on October 7. This event is organized by the National Air Law Association, AEROHELP Institute of Air and Space Law and Saint Petersburg State University, with the support of the Interstate Council on Aviation and Airspace Use, as well as the Ministry of Transport of Russian Federation, Federal Air Transport Agency, Federal Authority for Transport Oversight and the State Civil Aviation Agency under the Ministry of Digital Development and Transport of the Republic of Azerbaijan. Scientific partner of the Conference is National Aviation Academy of AZAL.

The organization of the event in historical palaces is always at a high level, everything is thought out to the smallest detail, hospitality and a warm welcome left a great impression. The program is varied and interesting. All presentations and reports are carefully thought out and structured. The speakers are undisputed experts in air law, and some are legendary persons of aviation, which to a large extent determined the success of the Conference.
    Coffee breaks, a Gala Dinner, a Cultural Program allowed the delegates to get to know each other better, to form new connections in the professional field for many years to come. The friendly and relaxed atmosphere left bright and positive impressions, and the Conference became a real holiday for professionals who are passionate about this topic.

It's no secret that we have to work in a rather specific area of law, with limited information and available sources. There is also an opportunity to get useful information in a structured way and in a short time: there is not a single passing topic, not a single random speaker. Separately, it is worth noting the Organizers of the Conference, who from year to year, despite all external circumstances, manage to invite leading foreign experts. From my own experience, I can say that the Conference, in addition to gaining knowledge, is also an excellent platform for making acquaintances and acquiring new contacts, primarily due to the openness of the participants. The communication that takes place between sessions may well rival in usefulness that of the main event.

VENUE

The Eleventh Air Law Conference will be held on October 7, 2022 at the Museum Center of the Ministry of Culture of the Republic of Azerbaijan, one of the largest centers of culture, which is the visiting card of modern Baku. Located in the very center of the capital near Primorsky Boulevard, the Museum Center is a favorite leisure place for the Baku intellectuals. Built in 1960 according to the project of the famous Azerbaijani architect Gasan Mejidov, the museum immediately turned out to be in trend - already in 1961 the first exhibition was held in the gallery, which was dedicated to the First Manned Flight into Outer Space. Today, the Center houses the Azerbaijan State Museum of Musical Culture, the Azerbaijan State Museum of the Theater. J. Jabbarly and the Azerbaijan Museum "Istiglal", as well as the Art Gallery. The interiors of the Museum Center have repeatedly served as a decoration for events of various kinds and scales, including international ones, with the participation of the UN, UNESCO, the meetings of the International Organization of Turkic Culture (TURKSOY) and the CIS Member Countries for cultural cooperation, joint projects were implemented with the Russian Museum, the Hermitage and others World famous museums.
