Zeina AHMAD PhD Student, Academician, College of Law at Sharjah University, LL.M. This conference offers an exceptional blend of academic and business networking opportunities, thanks to the presence of esteemed jurists and a highly professional organizational setup. Each year, the event enhances its content with timely and significant topics in air law, featuring outstanding panels and remarkable presentations. As an air and space lawyer, academician, and professional lecturer, I highly recommend and encourage jurists worldwide to attend this conference. It has become eagerly anticipated, not only for its renowned high-quality content but also for the chance to connect with valuable colleagues and brilliant law professionals.

Natalia SOVETOVA Head of Corporate Department at Red Wings Airlines I would like to express my deep gratitude to the organizers of the Air Law Conference! I liked that the event managed to gather a fairly large number of representatives of large Russian and international companies ready to take part in the discussion. This is very valuable, because everyone comes here for new experience and knowledge. Listening to real examples from practice is always more useful than discussing theory. The event is maintained from year to year at a consistently high quality level, attracting both speakers with interesting reports and good moderators who allow for an effective discussion.

Andrey POTEMKIN Deputy Head of Federal Air Transport Agency The idea of holding an annual Air Law Conference, in my opinion, is very successful. Firstly, during the year the regulation in different sectors of civil aviation changes, both in sovereign legal orders and at the international level. Secondly, public relations in the aviation sphere change, priorities shift, new trends arise, which, in turn, stimulates doctrine and legal consulting to master new areas of legal protection and servicing of market participants. Therefore, for many colleagues the Conference is a popular and useful forum where current problems of the industry are raised and discussed. I wish all delegates fruitful work at the upcoming Conference in Dubai!

Vafa BABAYEVA Head of Unit for Passenger Claims at Azerbaijan Airlines With a feeling of deep satisfaction I would like to congratulate all the Delegates of the 11th Air Law Conference, which was hosted for the first time by hospitable and sunny Baku. The Conference was effective, successful and productive, as specialists could listen not only to theory, but also to communicate with each other, getting acquainted with the experience of other companies, which is the main value of the event. Taking into account the trend of the legal sphere with its constant changes and emerging new legislative regulators and requirements, the value of the Conference only increases.

VENUE

The Al Shindagha Museum, located on the shores of Dubai Creek in the most famous historical district of Al Shindagha, was chosen to host the Thirteenth Air Law Conference. The museum is a beacon of Emirati heritage, connecting the rich past with the future and revealing the modern identity of the Emirates. The museum complex includes 21 unique buildings, including the house of Sheikh Saeed Al Maktoum, built in 1896. Until the middle of the last century, it was the residence of the Rulers of the Al Maktoum dynasty, to which the current Emir of Dubai belongs. Now it houses a museum dedicated to the ruling family. A spacious and bright pavilion, the Visitor Center, is provided for the purposes of the conference, perfectly fitting into the surrounding family of artefacts, the modern equipment of which will allow delegates to feel comfortable throughout the working day. Within the walls of the Al Shindagha Museum, delegates will be treated to a guided tour that tells the universal story of human innovation, resilience and the drive for progress that has shaped modern Dubai.
